Elite Membership Terms & Conditions

By checking this box, I acknowledge that I am enrolling in the Elite Membership with Agora Haus at $245/month. I agree to the membership terms and conditions associated with this tier and understand that this membership requires a minimum commitment of six (6) months and cannot be canceled before the end of this period. This includes full access to member-only spaces, events, and enhanced hospitality experiences as outlined.

Enrollment and Subscription Fees: I am voluntarily enrolling in the Elite Membership tier. I agree to pay a recurring monthly membership fee of $245.00. I authorize Agora Haus (and/or its designated billing agents) to charge my provided payment method on a monthly basis for the duration of my membership.
Incorporation of Terms: I acknowledge that I have been provided with, have read, and hereby agree to be bound by the comprehensive Membership Terms and Conditions associated with this membership tier, which are incorporated herein by reference.
Mandatory Minimum Commitment: I understand and agree that the Elite Membership requires a mandatory minimum commitment period of six (6) consecutive months (the "Initial Term").
Cancellation Restrictions: I expressly acknowledge that this membership is non-cancelable and non-refundable during the Initial Term. I understand that I am contractually obligated to fulfill the financial requirements of the membership for the full six (6) month period and that no early termination will be permitted.
Scope of Services: I understand that this membership includes full access to member-only spaces, exclusive events, and enhanced hospitality experiences as outlined in the official Agora Haus Elite Membership prospectus.

I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the Elite Membership Terms & Conditions, including the six (6) month minimum commitment and non-cancellation policy.
