By enrolling in the Smokers Club Membership with Agora Haus at $150/month, I agree to the membership terms and conditions. I understand that this membership includes all Social Membership event-based access plus exclusive cigar-focused perks, including a monthly curated cigar package, private cigar socials and tastings, priority access to cigar lounge experiences, and member pricing on additional cigar purchases. I also acknowledge a 10% hospitality benefit on drinks during events and a guest policy of up to two (2) guests per visit. This membership requires a minimum commitment of six (6) months and cannot be canceled before the end of this period.
- Membership Enrollment and Fees: I am enrolling in the Smokers Club Membership tier at a monthly rate of $150.00. I authorize Agora Haus to charge my provided payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
- Minimum Commitment and Cancellation: I understand and agree that this membership requires a minimum commitment of six (6) months. This membership agreement is non-cancelable, and I am responsible for the full payment of dues for the entirety of the six-month period. Following the initial term, standard cancellation policies as outlined in the general Membership Terms and Conditions shall apply.
- Scope of Access: I acknowledge that the Smokers Club Membership includes full Social Membership event access plus exclusive cigar-focused benefits and experiences curated by Agora Haus.
- Event-Based Access: Access is granted for all official Agora Haus-produced events, including those hosted at the Agora Haus facility, off-site Houston events, and curated domestic or international trips.
- Cigar-Focused Perks: I understand that this membership includes a monthly curated cigar package, access to exclusive private cigar socials and themed experiences, priority access to cigar lounge experiences including rooftop and garden activations, and member pricing on additional cigar purchases as an optional add-on.
- Hospitality Benefits: I am entitled to a ten percent (10%) discount on all beverages purchased during official events attended under this membership tier.
- Guest Policy: I am permitted to bring up to two (2) guests per visit. I acknowledge that guest access is strictly limited to the specific timeframe of the event and does not extend to any other facility access.
